Clever Chek do not display anything after pushing button?
Batteries might be exhausted. Please replace the batteries (2 units AA size Batteries).
- Batteries might be incorrectly installed or absent, check batteries







Clever Chek does not display a message after inserting a test strip?
- Batteries might be exhausted. Please replace the batteries (2 units AA size Batteries).
- Batteries might be incorrectly installed or absent, check batteries
- Test strip inserted was upside down or nor completely inserted







Why data can’t be uploaded after pressed ‘Tap to Upload’ button?
Please refer to User Manual to check the error messages.







The test did not start after applying blood sample onto the test strip?
- Insufficient blood sample

- Defective Test Strip







If you turn off the device but it keeps beeping?
Please remove the test strips from its slot.
